What should I wear to class?
The most important thing is you want to feel comfortable in what you’re wearing so you can focus on your practice. Yoga pants or leggings and an athletic top usually works best.
What should I bring?
You really only need to bring yourself! You are by far the most important part of your yoga practice. Most students prefer to bring their own mat, towel and water. We do rent out mats and towels so if you forget, we have you covered.
Where can I store my belongings when I’m in class? Is there anywhere to change?
We have cubbies where you can store your belongings. We also do have dressing rooms where you can change and shower.
I’m recovering from an injury, can I still take class?
Yoga has helped a lot of people repair their bodies after injuries. Ask our front desk for suggestions for classes that will best fit your body today. When you arrive for your class, alert your instructor of your injury and they will help you mdify to protect yourself. If anything hurts or burns, back off until your body feels comfortable, and definitely utilize your instructors’ knowledge to help build a yoga practice that fits your current body.
